Is there anything this service does NOT cover?

Priority RMA covers manufacturing defects and hardware component failures only. Accidental damage, physical damage (drops, liquid, power surge), theft, and damage from improper installation are excluded. Software-only issues are handled by FortiCare support, not RMA. Can this contract be transferred to a replacement device?

Fortinet support contracts are tied to the original serial number. If the device is replaced under RMA, the replacement carries the remaining contract coverage from the activation date.
