It is a legacy model: Fortinet stopped taking new orders on 2025-05-02, so DataCenter360.ca supplies FortiGuard and FortiCare renewals for units already in service rather than new appliances. Renewal coverage runs to 2029-05-02 and support ends 2030-05-02.

FortiGuard and FortiCare renewals for the FortiGate 2000E are available until 2029-05-02 (the last service extension date). Fortinet support for the platform ends on 2030-05-02. After that the appliance receives no signature updates, firmware fixes, or TAC support.
