The -212- service is Fortinet’s “4-Hour Hardware and Onsite Engineer” Priority RMA tier. On a confirmed hardware exchange, a replacement FortiGate 51G-5G is dispatched by courier to arrive within 4 hours. A field engineer arrives separately, racks and cables the replacement unit, and can take the defective device with them if requested. Coverage runs weekends and holidays throughout the 5-year term, unlike standard next-business-day advanced replacement included in FortiCare Premium.
