The FortiGate 61F is the FortiGate 60F with a 128 GB onboard SSD added for local logging and reporting. Built on Fortinet's SoC4 secure SD-WAN ASIC, it delivers 700 Mbps of threat protection, 10 Gbps firewall throughput, 700,000 concurrent sessions, and integrated SD-WAN in a compact, fanless desktop unit with ten GE RJ45 ports (2x WAN, 1x DMZ, 5x internal, 2x FortiLink). The on-box SSD stores logs and reports locally, so small offices and branch sites get full-fidelity logging without deploying a FortiAnalyzer — while FortiLink-managed Secure SD-Branch handles FortiSwitch and FortiAP from a single console.
