The 1024 data center switches share an 880 Gbps platform with two 100 GE QSFP28 uplinks and dual redundant power. They differ by access media and PoE: the T1024F-FPOE adds 802.3bt PoE on copper, the T1024E uses the same copper platform data-only, and the 1024E uses SFP+ fiber.
The T1024F-FPOE is the 24-port 10G copper PoE member of the FortiSwitch data center line. Choose the T1024E for the same copper platform without PoE, the 1024E for SFP+ fiber, or the 2048F for higher 48-port density. Same FortiSwitchOS and FortiLink management across the range.
