The FortiSwitch T1024F-FPOE is a high-power data center and campus-core switch that combines 10-gigabit copper with full 802.3bt PoE. It provides 24x 10GBASE-T RJ45 ports (1/2.5/5/10 GbE multi-speed), every port capable of 802.3bt Type 4 PoE up to a 1,440 W system budget, plus two flexible 40/100 GE QSFP28 uplinks for aggregation to the core or spine. With 880 Gbps of switching capacity and roughly 1 microsecond latency, it powers and switches high-density endpoints - Wi-Fi 6E/7 access points, PTZ cameras, multi-gig thin clients - without separate injectors. Dual hot-swappable AC power supplies keep it running through a power event, and Layer 2/3 FortiSwitchOS handles segmentation and routing. They differ by access media and PoE: the T1024F-FPOE adds full 802.3bt PoE (1,440 W) on copper, the T1024E is the same copper platform data-only, and the 1024E uses SFP+ fiber.
The T1024F-FPOE is the PoE member of the FortiSwitch 1024 line – 24x 10G copper with full 802.3bt power. Choose the T1024E for the same copper ports without PoE, or the 1024E for SFP+ fiber. Same FortiSwitchOS and FortiLink management across the range.
