The FortiSwitchRugged 424F-POE is a hardened, fanless 24-port multigigabit switch built for industrial, outdoor and OT environments - factory floors, utilities, transportation and harsh edge sites. It delivers 12x 2.5 GbE PoE++ ports (802.3bt, up to 60 W per port, 421 W total) to power cameras, FortiAPs and PoE sensors, plus 12x 2.5G SFP+, four 10 GbE SFP+ and two 40 GbE QSFP+ uplinks for 360 Gbps of switching capacity. Its IP40 fanless chassis with dual DC power inputs and a wide operating-temperature range keeps it running where standard switches cannot. Managed over FortiLink from any FortiGate, it folds rugged wired access into the Security Fabric - one console for switching, Wi-Fi and security - and also runs standalone.
