It offers 24 GbE RJ45 PoE+ ports plus four 10GE SFP+ fiber uplinks, with a 370 W PoE budget and 128 Gbps of switching capacity, in a 1RU rack-mount chassis. The 370 W budget powers a full floor of 802.3at devices - access points, IP phones and cameras - over a single cable run each. Managed over FortiLink from any FortiGate, it folds wired access into the Security Fabric - one console for switching, Wi-Fi and security, with no separate controller. It also runs standalone. Need more PoE headroom for high-power devices? Choose the full-PoE 124F-FPOE (740 W, 802.3bt). No PoE at all? The data-only 124F.
