The FortiAP 432G is Fortinet's top-of-the-line ruggedized Wi-Fi 6E access point for outdoor and industrial deployments that demand maximum capacity. Three radios serve clients on 2.4, 5 and 6 GHz at once with 4x4 MU-MIMO and the clean 6 GHz spectrum Wi-Fi 6E unlocks, reaching roughly 8.3 Gbps of aggregate radio throughput and up to 512 clients per radio. A 10 Gigabit Ethernet uplink keeps backhaul well ahead of the air, a second Gigabit port delivers PoE out to a downstream device, and 802.3bt PoE powers the AP over a single outdoor-rated cable. Integrated BLE / Zigbee and on-board GPS add asset tracking, beacons and precise locationing for ports, yards and outdoor campuses. Like every FortiAP it is managed directly by a FortiGate or by FortiEdge Cloud - no separate controller and no per-AP management license - and inherits the Security Fabric's rogue scanning and WIPS. For 2x2 outdoor 6E step down to the 234G; for hazardous-location C1D2 sites look at the 432FR.

Power and mount the FortiAP 432G outdoors.
The FortiAP 432G is a Wi-Fi 6E (802.11ax) access point – it adds the 6 GHz band on top of 2.4 and 5 GHz. (Some older listings mislabel it Wi-Fi 7; the official datasheet confirms Wi-Fi 6E.) It is a current-generation product, actively sold and fully supported.
Yes. The 432G is a ruggedized indoor / outdoor access point with a weather-sealed enclosure and external N-Type antennas, built for extended temperature, dust and moisture – ideal for yards, ports, stadiums and outdoor campuses.
It is a Wi-Fi 6E AP with three radios and 4×4 MU-MIMO, reaching about 1148 Mbps on 2.4 GHz, 2.4 Gbps on 5 GHz and 4.8 Gbps on 6 GHz (roughly 8.3 Gbps aggregate), and up to 512 clients per radio.
It runs on 802.3bt PoE and ships with a 60 W injector. The uplink is a 10 Gigabit Ethernet RJ45, plus a second Gigabit port that can deliver PoE out to a downstream device, and an RS-232 serial console.
The 234G is the 2×2 outdoor 6E AP for lighter loads; the 432G is the 4×4 high-density 6E flagship; the 432FR is the C1D2 hazardous-location variant (Wi-Fi 6) for oil rigs and industrial sites. All are managed by FortiGate or FortiEdge Cloud.
